December is a great time to stop and thank those who have worked so hard for the business this year, the staff. This is best done with some engaging and motivational internal communications from the management — acknowledging and thanking your employees for a year of hard work, perhaps a congratulatory message for a job well done and wishing them and their families a Happy Christmas and New Year.
Some positive messages for 2023 wouldn't go a miss, either, to whet the appetite for a January return.
And as tradition dictates, it's a great chance to send cards to clients, thanking them for their loyalty and custom.
